My Journey to Conscious Everyday Living

Hi, I’m Brielle, and I’m so glad you’re here. My path to creating Conscious Everyday Living began in a place of deep disconnection and confusion. Growing up as the scapegoat in a narcissistic family dynamic, I internalized limiting beliefs and developed subconscious coping mechanisms that held me back from living authentically for a majority of my foundational years and beyond. My 20’s and part of my 30’s were marked by more than just feelings of being stuck or unfulfilled—I was living under a narrative that wasn’t my own. My thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs were shaped by the stories I absorbed from authority figures who neither encouraged nor created space for me to explore my true self. I didn’t have the understanding that the lens through which I saw the world—and myself—was clouded by the projections and expectations of others. I spent years searching for something real, not knowing that what I was truly seeking was the freedom to discover who I was beneath all that programming.

My healing journey started when I realized that talking about my trauma only kept me tethered to it.  I knew I had to find a way to transform my pain into purpose.  This led me to explore a broad spectrum of spiritual, psychological, and holistic practices.  I immersed myself in studies of religious and spiritual traditions, from Christianity to Buddhism to Hinduism, dove into self-help teachings from thought leaders like Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, and Mike Dooley (just to name a few—there are dozens) and pursued certifications in life coaching, NLP, and holistic wellness.

 

Through this journey, I discovered a powerful truth: True transformation begins when we learn to consciously balance our mind, body and spirit.  It is not enough to heal one part of ourselves while ignoring the other aspects that form who we are.  This realization became the seed of Conscious Everyday Living—a holistic framework that empowers individuals to align their inner and outer worlds, live with intention, and contribute to the greater good.

Why Conscious Everyday Living?

Conscious Everyday Living is more than a coaching philosophy—it’s a way of life!

It combines spiritual wisdom, mindful awareness, and practical systems to help you navigate the challenges of modern life with grace and purpose.  My goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, overcome subconscious patterns, and learn how to live authentically.

The truth is, everyone has subconscious programming.  We all have stories, habits, and beliefs that influence our lives—often without our awareness.  My mission is to help you uncover these hidden influences, shine a light on your true potential, and guide you in crafting a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are.

My Approach to Coaching

I believe coaching is a sacred partnership.  It’s not about telling you what to do but rather guiding you to your own insights and empowering you to take inspired action.  Whether you are looking to clear obstacles, create new habits, or reshape your entire way of being, I am here to support you every step of the way.

I integrate a range of tools and techniques into my coaching, including:
